The Electric Vehicle Application (EVA) is an implementation of VirVe’s core algorithms that execute in near real-time for accurate driving range estimation in an electric vehicle. EVA is integrated with driver navigation systems as a map overlay showing maximum in/outbound driving range, as well as charging station locations and other key driver information. The system also provides driving mode selection, charging time and smart-grid interfaces, as well as many other driver interface features. EVA may also be configured for conventional, hybrid, and fuel cell vehicles.
