CARtography

CARtography is a web tool that predicts trip fuel consumption from map data based on high-accuracy vehicle models and validated velocity profile generators.  It considers substantially more influence parameters than currently available fuel consumption estimation services.  The beta release for CARtography will be in early March 2008.  Please contact collaborate@virve.ch for testing accounts.

EVA

The Electric Vehicle Application (EVA) is a speed-optimized implementation of VirVe’s core algorithms that execute in near real-time for accurate driving range estimation in an electric vehicle. EVA is presented as a map overlay showing maximum in/outbound driving range, as well as charging station locations and other key driver information.  EVA may also be targeted for conventional, hybrid, and fuel cell vehicles.
